&lt;p&gt;If not, at the very least, the Dr. may be able to put you in touch with a good counsellor to help you out.
&lt;p&gt;I&#039;d say that your Dad&#039;s advice is great. You might find that this can all be resolved more quickly than you&#039;d imagined.</description>

		<description>lately i havnt been doing my best in school. i feel very much like im slipping. im in middle school: 7th grade. i am having trouble at the home; family issues and such. middle school drama is of course an issue. i spend alot of time moping at home. being alone, laying around in my room.... my dad worries about me. i had to come home early from school today because of the following reasons... (they seem to be from anxiety)
1. dizzyness
2. faint feeling/feeling like im gunna pass out
3. upset stomache
4. little trouble breathing
5. cant see straight/trouble reading and writing
6. numb/tingly feeling in my hands and arms
7. BAD headaches.
8. aches in my body
9. feel weak
... theres more but u get the point. how do i get rid of it?? my dad says i need to talk about my problems to somebody and not keep them inside.. is that good advice? if not, what do i do to get rid of my anxiety?!!</description>
